Greg Henderson | Co-Founder & CEO
As Founder and CEO, Greg Henderson brings a unique blend of experiences and skills with his visionary leadership at Arx Pax. Greg began his career in the military as an Airborne Ranger, serving with the 101st Airborne and 7th infantry. He graduated from West Point with a Bachelor of Science, and received a Master of Architecture degree from Berkeley.
What Greg succinctly envisioned with Arx Pax was a new way to employ an unexploited technology. He works to change the way we think about how things are built which is how Magnetic Field Architecture (MFA™) was imagined and incarnated. He envisions. He invents. He creates.
Greg and his team are on a mission to provide humanity with a new set of tools to improve the way we work, play and live. -
Jill Henderson | Co-Founder & CCO
Jill holds a B.A. from San Diego State University and a M.A. from University of Denver in speech communication. Her ability to see and articulate the bigger picture is the cornerstone of her success and keeps Arx Pax on task. Prior to Arx Pax, Jill was a marketing manager for Apple Computer and the founder of three businesses, all of them based on the benefits of using positive reinforcement to motivate others.
From a fitness training business, to creating an award-winning DVD series for children, to development coaching, Jill is driven to help others recognize and reach their full potential which in turn, contributes to the greater good. She is the social conscience of Arx Pax, honoring the value of people and planet with the ultimate goal of contributing profoundly to help our world flourish.
Jill's a very proud mom of two, loves all creatures, being in nature, deliberate acts of kindness and believes the truest wealth is health and giving back. -
Randi Paikoff Feigin | President & CFO
Randi is a dynamic Silicon Valley leader with a successful track record that includes 20 years of cross-functional experience in both public and private companies as well as Wall Street. She is the President and Chief Financial Officer at Arx Pax with responsibility for day to day execution of the strategy, operations, and business development as well as financial oversight and funding initiatives.
Prior to Arx Pax, Randi was first hired into Juniper Networks to spearhead the IPO. She spent over a decade at Juniper Networks in a variety of operational and leadership roles including Vice President of Strategic Alliances, Vice President of Business Process Re-engineering, and Vice President of Investor Relations. Prior to her tenure at Juniper, Randi held management positions at Cisco Systems and StrataCom (purchase by Cisco for $4B). Early in her career, she worked in the equity research departments of Morgan Stanley, Smith Barney, and Robertson Stephens. Randi graduated with a B.S. in finance from Ithaca College. She served on the board of directors at Extreme Networks (NASDAQ: EXTR), including the Audit and Strategy committees, and the National Investor Relations Institute. In her spare time, she mentors girls and women with career advice, enjoys skiing, doing yoga and spending time with her family. -
Chris Trahan | General Counsel
Our General Counsel, Chris Trahan, is in his second decade of practicing business and corporate law. After starting his career at the United States Small Business Administration, where he worked side-by-side with small and start-up businesses to help them obtain financing and successfully achieve their business goals, he moved into the corporate arena where he spent time working in the in-house intellectual property law department for Air Liquide, the world leader in gases and chemicals for industry, health, and environment.
Chris has also worked for large and mid-size law firms in Texas and California where he represented a host of Fortune 100 clients and multi-billion dollar financial institutions. Chris and his wife and son enjoy traveling and are always happiest waking up in their tent overlooking a remote mountain lake.

Kelly Perdew | Advisor & Investor
Kelly is the Managing General Partner of Moonshots Capital – an early stage angel syndicate that invests in veteran founded companies in over half of its deals. Kelly also serves as an investor, advisor and/or Board member for Harvest.ai, APX Labs, Scopely, Bitium, UStream, ID.me, Arx Pax, Thrively, Lettrs, DuMont Project and was previously an advisor or board member for LinkedIn (LNKD), eteamz (ACTV) and Pandora (P).
Kelly is serial entrepreneur and a nationally recognized speaker on leadership, technology, career development and entrepreneurship. He earned a BS from the US Military Academy, West Point, a JD from the UCLA School of Law, and an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA. Kelly served in the US Army as a Military Intelligence Officer and completed Airborne and Ranger training. After winning Season 2 of “The Apprentice,” Kelly authored “Take Command: 10 Leadership Principles I Learned in the Military and Put to Work for Donald Trump,” that provides guidance on how anyone can develop their leadership capabilities and he donates a percentage of the royalties to the USO and was host of GI Factory on the Military Channel. He has also served as a national celebrity spokesperson for Big Brothers/Sisters and The National Guard Youth Challenge Program. Kelly received a Presidential Appointment from President Bush to the President’s Council on Civic Participation and Service in 2006 and was re-appointed in 2008. -
Michael Burry | Advisor & Investor
Dr. Michael James Burry, MD serves as Chief Executive Officer of Scion Asset Management, LLC. Dr. Burry founded Scion Capital Group (Scion Capital LLC) on October 1, 2000 and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer until 2008. Dr. Burry has been the Chairman and Director of Eyeona, Inc since October 10, 2011. Dr. Burry has engaged in freelance journalism and has published numerous articles on investing topics. He is a medical doctor licensed to practice medicine in his home state, California.
Dr. Burry is trained in Medicine at Vanderbilt and performed post-graduate work at Stanford. He also earned a Bachelor's degree with honors in Economics at UCLA. -
Srini S. Srinivasan | Advisor & Investor
Srini specializes in strategic marketing, and is an angel investor and advisor to tech companies with notable successes that have been sold to Cisco, Skype, Lockheed Martin. Prior to this he was one of the early employees of Tibco, through its IPO, where he was the VP of the Internet Solutions group working with leading Internet portal clients. He started his career at AT&T Bell Labs building the world’s largest distributed databases.
He has an MBA from Berkeley, an MSCS from Austin, and a EE degree from Trichy. He is a yoga practitioner with insights into transcending the physical limitations of matter, and when he discovered the MFA platform of Arx Pax he had an epiphany that made him an investor & advisor to the company. -
Greg Meadows | Advisor
Greg Meadows, C.C.M. is an experienced construction manager recognized for his concrete floating structures construction expertise. He is currently a principal consultant at Parametrix who helps clients deliver some of the most significant projects to improve infrastructure, restore natural habitat and design a vision for the future. He was the Project Construction Manager for the world’s longest floating bridge, the SR 520 Evergreen Point Floating Bridge, and the Hood Canal Floating Bridge, the world’s longest floating bridge over tidal waters.
Mr. Meadows has held general/prime contractors licenses in CA, WA & ID prior to his work with the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT). He received his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology from Humboldt State University.
